I was recently diagnosed with PCOS which plays a role in my Generalised Anxiety and acne which I have suffered with on and off for the last 6 years. My anxiety affects me on a daily basis and often makes it tough for me to get out and do things on my own. It can cause periods of low mood, depression and fatigue and I have to be thoughtful of taking good care of myself.
