So, some of you will know 4 weeks ago I started new first full time job!
This blog post is all about my first few weeks!
So, I started my job on a Tuesday, I was shown to my desk and I sit next to the company project manager and the CEO (the big boss)! Millie the Alpaca insisted she come with me on my first day to encourage me and calm my nerves - as you can see.
When I arrived I was shown to my desk, and taken through a few things. I got into everything quite quickly. For my first week, the CEO worked with me to help me with getting used to the interface of Adwords, which I was fine with having a little experience (he was just making sure I wan't going to mess up!).
So after a few days of keeping an eye on me, he left me to it. If you wonder what exactly it is I do, I am a CPC Executive, meaning I manage all of the companies online advertising through Google, Bing and other search engines. Sometimes I can be a bit mind boggling when I'm tired, but most of the time it is a fun job for me, because handling the data is a challenge and I love knowing I am constantly learning. Thats the nice thing about working with so much information!

Oh, on only my third day at work, the bus that takes me home broke down! The driver noticed the engine light wash flashing and had to stop in case it caught fire! Mille was very unimpressed that we got held up for half an hour waiting for a replacement bus to arrive. However she enjoyed a sit in the drivers seat.
Something that made me feel really at home at my new workplace (apart from the fact its a small, relaxed company and every is so friendly) was one of my colleagues had just got back from a trip to Japan. He was offering Japanese sweets around the office and it was really fun to chat to him about Japan and try the sweets hehe!
This one was my favourite! It was a chocolate matcha sweet! Really yummy! There were all sorts of weird and wonderful things he had. Not all of which were palatable haha..
However something pretty cool which we have decided to make at work with some rice to try together is this Pokemon curry? Yes, a packet of curry ... Pokemon Curry. Honestly.. I probably won't sample it.
These... I also decided not to taste. Yup! Shrimp and chocolate!
As you would expect, now I'm 4 weeks into things I am cute-ing up just about every I can slowly. I don't like wearing dull colours to work so my outfits are steadily becoming more sparkly.. and pink where I can get away with it (a mature dusty pink of course, however wearing bright pink socks helps a bit hehe!). My kawaii stationary is slowly appearing on my desk along with other little bits and bobs.
At the moment I'm not being very good about eating at work. I am snacking a lot! However I did make one bento lunch with rice, chicken and vegetables to test it out, and it was great, so soon I will be trying out more bento lunches (I have a new bento box coming in the post soon). Plus, I am waiting for my first full pay cheque so I can afford to make some nicer lunches !

My work bag also gets the treatment of course... but I'm looking for a new bag so I'm excited about what I might find! Hopefully something cute!
Well, that't about all for now! I will post some more about sneaking cute things into work, and when I am happy enough with my work outfits to share photos! I'm really pretty lucky that the office wear I work is easy going :)
Also, I received my San-X prize package in the post just the other day! I can't wait to make a video showing you all the adorable things I won! >_< I'm so lucky! I will also make a written post with lots of photos! Plus, it's my birthday a week today! So hopefully I will have even more fun things to write about!
Thank you for reading my lovelies, check back soon!
